Regency Hospital Company Opens Hospital in Springdale, Arkansas
Springdale, Arkansas, September 29, 2004Regency Hospital Company is pleased to announce the opening of a new Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital located in Springdale, Arkansas. Regency Hospital of Springdale is a 25-bed hospital located within Northwest Medical Center of Washington County. Regency Hospital of Springdale will provide acute hospital services to patients suffering from medically complex conditions, or patients who have suffered recent catastrophic illness or injury and require an extended stay in an acute care environment.
Donnie Frederic, the Administrator of Northwest Medical Center of Washington County, says he is very pleased about Regency coming to Springdale. Mr. Frederic continued, “Regency Hospital will provide a much needed service to Springdale and surrounding communities. The Medical Center chose Regency as the LTAC provider because of its strong commitment to the best clinical program that will achieve good outcomes for our patients. We also like Regency’s commitment to an integrated relationship with Northwest Health System.”
