Chicago, IL, June 10, 2014 – Waud Capital Partners (“WCP”) has completed the sale of its portfolio company, National Security Partners (“NSP”), to Noblis, Inc. (“Noblis”), a scientific, engineering, consulting, and research organization supporting the Federal Government. National Security Partners provides mission critical services including cyber security operations, intelligence operations, national security policy analysis, software development, systems engineering, program management, and strategic consulting services. NSP was built through a partnership between WCP and FedCap Partners (“FedCap”) beginning in October 2011 with the acquisitions and simultaneous merger of PointOne and Summit Solutions followed by the December 2012 acquisition of LMN Solutions. Leslee Belluchie has served as NSP’s Chief Executive Officer since July 2013 and she will continue to serve as the President of Noblis NSP. NSP will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Noblis.
