Mr. Fischer was previously an Analyst in the Global Industrials investment banking group of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York, where he worked on a variety of M&A, equity and debt transactions across several sectors including transportation, chemicals, packaging and diversified industrials. Mr. Fischer holds a B.A., cum laude, in Economics and Chemistry from Vanderbilt University.

Prior to joining WCP, Mr. Nambiar was an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at UBS Investment Bank in New York, where he worked on a variety of M&A, equity and debt transactions for financial institutions. Mr. Nambiar holds a B.S., summa cum laude, in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University.
