Waud Capital Partners ("WCP" or "Waud Capital") is pleased to announce that Kyle Lattner and Paul Sutphin have joined the firm as Vice Presidents.
Mr. Lattner and Mr. Sutphin join WCP upon completing M.B.A. programs at Northwestern Universityís Kellogg School of Management and Harvard Business School, respectively.
Prior to attending Kellogg, Mr. Lattner was an investment professional at American Securities LLC, a middle-market private equity firm based in New York. He has worked across a broad range of sectors, including business and consumer services, restaurants, industrial, chemicals, education and specialty distribution. Mr. Lattner began his career as an investment banker in the M&A groups at CIBC World Markets and Oppenheimer & Co. In addition to his M.B.A., with distinction, he holds a B.S.B.A., summa cum laude, in Finance and Economics from Boston University.

Previously, Mr. Sutphin worked as an investment professional at Madison Dearborn Partners LLC, a middle-market private equity firm based in Chicago. At Madison Dearborn, Mr. Sutphin was actively involved in all aspects of the firmís investment process, including deal origination, execution and the monitoring of portfolio companies across a broad range of sectors, including financial services, healthcare and industrials. Mr. Sutphin began his career as an investment banker at Credit Suisse and KeyBanc Capital Markets. In addition to his M.B.A, he holds a B.S.B.A., magna cum laude, in Finance from The Ohio State University.
